I’ve been trying to get more structured with my evenings lately to avoid that "digital fatigue" we all talk about. A few weeks ago, I realized I was spending way too much time looking for

simply because I was too tired to commit to a movie or a book. It was becoming this low-energy default setting for my brain after a long shift. I finally decided to talk to my partner about it, and we realized we both had these separate "screen rituals" that were eating into our quality time together. We’ve started doing "analog hours" where the phones go in a drawer, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for our connection. Does anyone else feel like their online habits are more about draining the clock than actual enjoyment, and how do you break that cycle?

I was just browsing the "New Posts" tab while waiting for my game to patch. It’s always interesting to see these kinds of lifestyle deep-dives pop up in between the usual technical threads and news updates. It’s a very relatable point about the "infinite scroll" and how it can just swallow up your evening if you aren't careful. I don’t have a lot to add to this specific discussion, but I definitely appreciate the mature and self-aware tone everyone is using here. It’s a nice change of pace from the typical internet comment section where things can get toxic pretty fast. Hope you all have a productive week and manage to find that balance you're looking for!
