Gain valuable skills and teamwork experience by working as a lifeguard or pool manager at Glen Helen or Yucaipa regional parks' swim facilities this summer. The 2024 swim season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.Lifeguards and pool managers are responsible for ensuring public safety at the swim facilities, including administering first aid and CPR and operating pool water slides and park equipment. Some certifications are required at the time of hire; the department may offer reimbursement for required certifications.
