Atomspheric River is coming again to California

The National Weather Service (NWS) has forecasted a high risk of hazardous and heavy precipitation in California between January 31 and February 5. This weather event may cause localized flooding, especially in regions that have already experienced heavy rainfall. Accompanying the atmospheric river are dangerous winds expected to affect the West Coast, which could result in coastal erosion due to high waves. However, NWS notes that the precise impacts are uncertain at this extended forecast range.
