CASTING NOTICE: Real Estate Agents for "Showdown: The Ultimate Listing Challenge"

Are you a charismatic and knowledgeable real estate agent based in the idyllic town of Big Bear? Do you have what it takes to compete in a high-stakes reality game show, showcasing your top listings and winning over buyers and audiences alike? If so, we want you for "Showdown: The Ultimate Listing Challenge"!

We're looking for competitive agents with a flair for presentation, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for all things Big Bear. You'll participate in a series of challenges designed to test your expertise and salesmanship, all while educating viewers about the ins and outs of real estate.

Requirements:

- Active real estate license in Big Bear or the surrounding area

- Minimum of 2 years of real estate experience with a verifiable track record

- Comfortable on camera and with public speaking

- Willingness to engage in various challenges and to think creatively on your feet

- Must be available for filming and competition on specified dates
